Testers needed: A programmable sleep cycle/weather alarm clock app

it's alarm app wakes depending on conditions (weather, sleep quality, important messages, etc).

observes sleep cycle, other apps, can many more clever things no other alarm app can, allowing build "alarm recipes" wake @ different times depending on sorts of things.
