Just returned AT&T for Verizion

just returned new at&t ipad verizion , can night , day. speed getting on at&t berry sporadic highest ever seen 10 mps 85 percent of time speed went frome under1 mps 3 mps did speed test on new verizion , buried @ 26 mps. , see lte in corner never seen at&t saw 4g. live in scranton pa. advise if lives in scranton pa area , looking new ipad go verizion
