Display issues question...

i want purchase imac. had every intention of buying refurbished in hopes of winning apple lottery. issues display i'm reading have me concerned. question is, think buying refurbished increase odds of buying imac said "smudging" issue? thoughts on being more issue have returned mac, setting me failure more likely. so, screen issue, new? or refurb?

more buying in morning , love hear thoughts.
