Stream lag issues...what's doin it?

computer: 2011 baseline 13 inch macbook pro (sandy bridge)

stream stuff: blackmagic intensity extreme, adobe flash media encoder, soundflower

adobe settings: bmie 720p, 60 fps, 640x360 input , output size, 1000kbps

video has been lagging behind audio 2 seconds. because of i've been cutting audio , playing music on xbox gameplay i'd problem ironed out. because of capture card have set adobe 720p , 60 fps, gets compressed 640x360 cuz thats computer can handle seems. hardware issue, or heavy compression of video vs audio not needing compression outputs @ uneven times? can't begin record in hd looking @ buying imac, can tell recommended specs recording hd video, cutting montages imovie, , streaming in 720p? know alot of people capture camtwist , eyetv dont have, need keep lagging?

appreciated, i've asked on few forums , haven't got response yet. if wanna know if theres program need use corrects or how spend on new imac

 

this problem fme, have same exact issue on 6 core mac pro using bmi pro. there no issues capturing 720p video in black magic software or final cut. using either fme or wirecast stream audio begins lag , lag grows.

make more odd, if switch 1080i lag doesn't seem occur. to further make me think it's fme (which wirecast based on) if run fme or wirecast on windows via boot camp don't have lag issue while streaming 720p.

i've tried differnt frame rates, different sizes,using hdmi audio, using line in, , mac streaming has audio lag. , i've tried adobe forums , no 1 has been help.
