Installing Package

this take while, explain, give gist of it: i've been xcode-less 8 months, , i'm snap. don't have admin password reasons take long explain (if want know, reply thread). xcode package requires admin password, use of mac app store. there way force package install xcode external hard drive, despite package requiring install boot drive? or, if know other way install without password, work, too!
