PDF or ePub files not showing on iBooks

i have ibooks installed on ipad 3 , on itunes go books tab , check off books want sync. can see status saying transfered files when launch ibooks there's no files in it. tried bunch of times , re-installed ibooks well.

pdf or books note drm'ed.

did trick went bookstore on ibooks , purchased free book, sync again on itunes.
