New iPod Touch - Lag?

i bought 4th gen - ipod touch. i'm use using iphone 4s assume ipod isn't going responsive i'm getting seems pretty bad lag, eg.

listen music , switch twitter , try open link - it'll take seems more acceptable amount of time render graphics inside twitter app not mention lag switching screens load , render website.

else getting or i've became accustomed speeds of iphone 4s?

i think you're used 4s. keep in mind generation ipod touch isn't fast iphone 4, so..
