Need some Outlook 2011 datafile help

all -

i'm using outlook 2011. worked move of past emails (about 5 years worth) outlook 2011 when first released. crash (as know).

realized 3 weeks ago of historical emails no longer show in "on computer" section. can spotlight search , see of historical emails sitting in "main identify" folder outlook stores it's data - cant see them in outlook client.

how "rebuild" entire message database?
