Mac OS X Lion reinstall

i searched forum , didn't results searching "reinstalling lion" going ask how reinstall lion??

 

what seems problem (i.e. why reinstalling lion)?

installing lion on machine running lion, or not (e.g. hd replaced , doesn't have os)?

also, did machine come shipped lion, or upgraded?
