Apple global warranty

hi guys,

i've got quick question.
live in belgium, , i'm planning on getting me macbook pro.

if buy 1 in us, example, , i'm having problem here @ home. can't go way bought fixed.
have extended apple care protection plan fixed here?
or standard waranty enough fixed in belgium?
