Little Snitch

i having issue, downloaded app called little snitch block connections servers personal use. never less decided delete application because got annoying , found no use it. used app zapper delete after doing so, noticed app's ui agent still operating in process'. still asks me permission connect programs safari, google, , software updater. why when thought deleted app? tried searching mac find ui agent in files no found, perhaps hidden? want totally off computer there way?
made sure restarted mac after deleting little snitch make sure no longer in process' yet still active
