iPhone No Service on iPhone 4 after redsn0w jailbreak

i have updated iphone 4 (gsm) ios 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak using redsn0w.

didn't unlock because i'm still in contract original carrier (vodafone, here in spain). had jailbroken (but not unlocked) phone.

phone jailbroken in 5.0.1 says no service, name of carrier not appear in "settings", , "my number" appears "unknown".

can't use phone! please let me know should try. modem firmware, if that's of use, 04.11.08.

 

first, make sure sim works trying on phone.
if it's not sim, setup new , redo jb.
