iPad 2 Selling Advice

i want upgrade ipad 3 when comes out. have ipad:

ipad 2
black
16 gb
3g (at&t)

don't need 3g model anymore, i'm in market ipad:

ipad 3
black
16 gb
wi-fi only

want sell possible, because want peace of mind of knowing have money stowed away buy ipad 3.

i've tried gazelle (as in got quote it, hated price) , want sell $450-500.

question is, way should sell ipad (ebay etc.) , price reasonable ipad $630?
