Help build a preset for HandBrake for High Profile 4.1??

is able build preset handbrake follows high 4.1 profile & still works 1080p on ipad 3 & apple tv? 1080p stuff itunes looks pretty decent, file size i'm having hard time encoding same quality. seems run horrible on ipad 3 itunes stuff fine...
