hey folks, have iphone 3g, , it's long past time upgrade...
frankly, i'm less satisfied at&t, have contract through employer that's pretty good. recommendations? how sprint , verizon? before went at&t, had sprint phone , pretty happy it.
international use? travel, , need work overseas. know can use at&t, can swap sim local network? if not, i'll jailbreak iphone 3 , use overseas. please hit me if have experience , recommendations in area!
if i'd stick at&t, network has improved. however, if that's not option, i'd go verizon. network coverage fantastic , have solid network. downside use cdma/evdo technology. iphone 4s (assuming that's go with) won't able take advantage of 14.4mbps download speed or use voice , data simultaneously.
had sprint through work earlier summer , such nightmare. before iphone 4 & 4s hit. got home find out barely signal , roaming on verizon. at&t, verizon, , t-mobile have excellent coverage @ house go figure sprint. download speeds complete nightmare , think hit .90mbps once extremely rare. keep in mind, when hit barely 1mbps had 5 bars. speeds less 512kbps 3 bars or less me.
if unlimited data major factor , sprint provides coverage in area go them. if want more reliable network , better company in opinion go verizon. though many have been able unlimited data on verizon. see thread. luck!!!
