My Feb 2009 Macbook Pro Unibody getting "too hot to touch" - Should I be worried?

mackbook pro unibody has been on 2 hours.

little battery start with, ran down 0% , plugged in hour ago.

unibody casing around power connector, esc key , halfway down left hand side "too hot touch"

rest of computer cool, fans not running , computer running normally.

should worried?

 

"too hot" subjective, what's actual temps?

if they're reaching close 90c without temps kicking in, getting hot.

download widget apple site called istat pro, give temps , fan speeds
