Resolved Powerful image editing app for iPad

hi,

starting use ipad more laptop , got of needs covered. need cover one.

have 2 blogs run , want include photo or image in post. know can crop images in photo app not enough. need app enable me to:

• resize images (not crop)
• blur parts of image
• add text image

so basically, kind of ipad photoshop or pixelmator not focused on editing pictures have taken camera, more image editing web.

suggestions?

 

there number of great image editing apps ipad. specific feature needs (selective bluring, adding text, resize), want photogene or filterstorm.

if have general interest in photo editing/photography, recommend checking out snapseed, luminance, , phototoaster. similar apps, offer standard editing options brightness, contrast, saturation, etc, in addition set of different filters , effects, can applied 1 tap, offer many settings can tweaked , built upon. 3 universal apps.

don't have lot of experience in photo editing can stunning results in minutes these apps on ipad, vs. hours of pixelmator tutorials similar results. focus on image enancement, don't offer things text overlay or highly selective editing. snapseed won ipad app of year apple , feel gives best results each have strengths , different feature sets.
