Help catching a thief!

not sure correct thread digital video related...

ok yesterday had apartment burglarized. door smashed bits thief didn’t other damage. did steal macbook , ipad, among few other stuff.

here need with. had installed security cam , got guy on tape, unfortunately wife managed hang washing infront of camera image poor.

can have go @ optimizing video? tried myself , bit blurry of use.

oh way, "find mac" worked great , got location of it. need better picture hand on police…
