this frustrates me least. use around 1.5 gb month, don't burden of knowing throttle me if use lot 1 month. gets me @ 3gb when verizon offering plan 4gb $30. how can consider plan unlimited when throttling @ amount less offered competitor. if verizon offering 4gb, unlimited should @ least double that. don't go argument throttling isn't same cutting internet, if it's slow it's worthless it's same cutting me...
