Video Editing (Final Cut Pro X and Premiere) Hanging up Mac mini mid 2011

hi,

have mac mine mid 2011 8gb ram core i5.
i've been working on small projects on final cut pro x while now, , it's run fine, 2 days ago started hanging on me (beach ball effect), i've tried re installing deleting preferences files, read around find general final cut pro x slow threads... not useful since working fine me , broke.

since wanted projects done got premiere installed , same thing.

have idea ? i'm grasping @ straws here...

open activity monitor , select all processes , sort real mem show process(es) using ram.

using activity monitor show cpu , ram usage​
