Exercise and Diet


so, i've been lifting regularly in college 2 friends.

told health 75% diet, 25% exercise.

well, 2 friends i've been lifting absolute beasts. ripped, , in shape. 1 of them can curl own body weight.

but, ever eat junk food. go out fast food restaurants time, eat desert food no other, use tobacco products regularly, etc.

take whey protein , 1 of them adds in creatine, don't it. while seeing results on weightlifting, i'm not seeing on body.

i'm not saying i'm eating incredibly healthy, since i'm in college it's difficult balance schoolwork, exercise, socializing, healthy meal, eat lot healthier do. when out on campus have bag of unroasted walnuts or almonds, , try add serving of vegetables every dinner.

genetic disposition or something?
 

lots of genetic make up. how fast metabolism @ processing foods , turning proteins muscle. keep @ it, you'll see improvements. if stick same routine, try add few pounds each week-- it's called progressive overload.
