Will there be a reservation system like there was with iPhone 4S?

so, i'm paying off credit card , want buy new ipad couple days after launches (in nyc). don't want wait in line chance "might" one. annoying online reservation website last year iphone 4s, when worked able know sure @ 9pm night 1 next day. think they'll ipad?
