Will Apple Ever Change the iOS look

we know iphone's ios looks same since first iphone came out... few tweaks here , there no big change in how looks. think apple ever change look?.. how be?

 

i think there major ui change in ios 6.

believe apple take things mac (launchpad, mission control, etc.) , incorporate them in ios
