Wifi Sync problem

my problem has been on going time wifi sync option on ipod touch 4th generation. set up, disconnected ipod , wifi sync worked fine. sopped working, message "wifi sync resume when computer available", was. did restart itunes , wifi sync worked again after minutes or hours stop again , have same thing itunes, restart. continuing on , on again. not understand problem. running windows vista. appreciate

 

that's happening me when had pc few months ago. ran windows 7 , couldn't fix it.

bought mac last month , wifi sync works perfectly. assume problem issue windows' version of itunes. notoriously known bad.
