Where Am I?

why macbook keep trying tell me i'm in plano, tx?

whenever set date/time in system preferences use current location, computer decides in plano, tx, , sets clock central time. i'm in in eastern time zone. can set time zone manually, rather use feature intended used.

ideas on wrong?
