What is the consensus on this and other hybrid drives?

hey all! wondering general consensus on drive ( http://amzn.to/hoh8ag ) , if worth upgrading stock 5400 rpm drive. want go full ssd it's far expensive @ point in time. think these decent substitute in mean time? everyone! i'd love hear has drive, because reviews online great, want know other mac users think too. again!
