i have mac os x 10.5.8--the volume icon continually pops on desktop annoying 'pop' noise. causes volume go , down making impossible use audio devises on computer...no music, video. out there able help???
sounds volume button on keyboard malfunctioning. try different keyboard.
thought, have bluetooth keyboard paired mac you're not actively using? turned on somewhere maybe sitting on top of it? i've had "possessed" computers case. bluetooth range broader think.
