Trouble extending my BTHub3 with Airport Express

hi!

bought airport express intention of extending existing network, based bthub3. plugged ae wall , set join network. when tried change "extending existing network" starts loading stops , ae no longer possible find.

find quite strange seeing able join network not extend it, since mean ae , bthub3 work while ae joining fails when tries extend...

ideas? suggestions? possible extend bthub3 network ae?
