The cost of 3g iPad models?

does cost more add mobile chip ipad? find kind of frustrating having mobile chip costs hundreds more same version wifi.

being said, i'm looking forward 4glte ipad 3 if it's true i'll 3g/4g ipad regardless can use on go instead of phone. it's either ipad 3 or galaxy note.

 

$130 more , don't have buy one. appealed , overturned federal law said must buy 1
