Squaretrade warranty repairs - less than satisfactory

dropped ipad , sent in repairs. how returned me. sanded down 4 corners , bent crap out of aluminum lip on ipads face in replacing screen. other dings on having dropped ate still there also. disappointed least. had heard things squaretrade why bought warranty them.

 

that sucks. i'd call them , complain.
