showing program error

i using macbook 4 1 ,,,when opening photoshop showing error saying program error, , aftereffects crashes...i can't drag , drop items ...pls help,...

 

to people here understand problem bit better, provide more information -

screenshot of error
new problem? i.e. has been working ok previously.
have changed recently, hardware or software?
version of os x, ps & ae.
there error in console log?
