Set-up of New iPad Questions

i setting new ipad tomorrow, upgrade original ipad. want following:

1. restore new ipad using back-up of original ipad (install same settings , apps
2. sync new ipad of same music/movies/photos
3. erase original ipad of content , settings
4. disassociate original ipad itunes account
5. set-up original ipad wifes itunes account

seems have been asked unable loace thread. there walkthrough this? there steps missing? ipad backed via icloud (though 284 mb backup file).

1. when open new ipad , go through setup steps, you'll prompted restore icloud.

2. easy plugging itunes.

3. settings>general>reset>erase content , settings.

4. open itunes , click on account. there able see devices associated apple id. you'll able remove there.

5. after erase it, during setup it'll prompt apple id. use wife's , you'll go.
