Passing on email virus?

i'm pretty savvy emails , not opening don't know, never opened attachment don't know work wise etc. today on windows said every time email them mac sending virus, , being blocked norton, did telling them it's phishing etc... thought different virus. have picked without knowing?

how know if , can check why? obviously, nothing seems different me on here?

 

why don't ask colleague show screen shot of what's being blocked.
