Otterbox Commuter HELP!!

got otterbox commuter 4s having trouble getting fit correctly.

no matter try plastic part bowed @ on 1 side, else lined perfect.

got special tips fit properly?

did not work, found best way put rubber in plastic , put on phone @ same time!
