Microsoft Word for Mac help

i"m using microsoft word 2011 on mac, , while in use keep getting 2 pop-up messages every 10 minutes! i'm pretty sure haven't run out of memory... can't seem figure out how rid of these messages after deleted bunch of stuff computer
