Macbook Pro 8.2 WONT sleep.

hi all, have mbp 8.2, running lion. past 2 weeks or not sleep what-so-ever. troubleshooting:

-smc reset
-pram reset
-restart

here's happens:

when close screen way, or press "sleep" on menu: never sleeps; continues run constantly.

if put screen inch away closing lid: display goes off, power light goes off, computer keeps running.

when put lid up: the screen flashes moment, goes black , computer continues run, , power light on, can't screen turn on.

then, if close lid way: screen goes on.

if open screen up: screen goes off.

cycle continues ever, , way fix hard boot.

ideas? need resolved/fixed.
