Mac mini 2011 vs Mac pro (2008/09)

hi all,

thinking getting new mac after new osx comes out not should 1 e.g. go mac mini or mac pro.

last awhile osx cut off list , need 3d modelling, ps, unity 3d, hand brake(but can use mac pro 1.1 , rendering), etc..

by time mountain lion releases, should have new mac mini's maybe question should re-asked then?
