iPhone 4S buying help.

do guys have suggestions can purchase used or refurbished iphone 4s without contract? don't want locked contract prospect of new phone coming out in next 3-6 months.

fyi...i prefer avoid cl , ebay.

 

many forums (like one) have marketplace, limited length of time , number of posts 1 has registered. think macrumors has 6 months after registering limitation. other forums, don't see whole lot of options outside of ebay or cl.
