Ipad2, leather smart cover, clicking unlock sound

i purchased ipad 2 leather smart cover , unit keeps giving me clicking unlock sound when unit being handled in closed position. went apple store. claim normal.

has else have issue? seems annoying. there wrong ipad2? sensors in thing sensitive? slightest movement in cover make sound?

 

settings-general-sounds-lock sounds select off.

hope helps. covers pretty make sound when disrupted handling.
