Install iWeb from another Computer's SL App DVD?

hi all,

i've upgraded 2006 intel imac @ home snow tiger using $29 upgrade disc, therefore still have iweb came original tiger os. problem have 1 website (the 1 i've ever created in iweb) needs function added can done iweb '09. thought (and local apple "specialist" store said could) use applications install dvd 2 newer snow-based imac @ work (which has ilife 09) update iweb on newly snow-upgraded mac @ home, "alert, can't installed…" message.

so, question is: there way upgrade iweb on home imac using applications install dvd 2 work imac?

can't justify spending $ on entire ilife 09 package quick revision need on 1 tiny website, never use other ilife apps. if comes down it, guess must. advice or clarity appreciated

 

have tried uninstalling iweb using pacifist extract installer disc , install newer iweb?
