any chance ron paul using presidential run way set son vp nomination romney?



ron paul has problems voting record, connection newsletters, , crazy things has said on policy issues, gets lot of lefty support because of libertarian stance on issues. son has had 1 major misstep, may able attract ron paul backers without father's baggage.

romney gets support of wealthy , moderate right. hard right-wing support obama. if rand paul can bring in father's support, has take obama's support. that's pretty tough road obama. imo, tougher if (assuming) romney selects far-right kook. think romney/paul or romney/christie stronger romney/huckabee or romney/santorum. in addition, think romney/any moderate stronger romney/any far right.

(edit) if case, 2010-2012 seen end of political shift right?
