Can I use JB backup for new new non-jb iPad ?

i've had ipad 2 replaced under apple warranty.
have backup old device , ipad 2 4.3.3 jailbroken.
new device 5.0 therefore not jb.
can restore jb backup ?
contacts/calendars/mails on google it's more convenience of not having install apps again , copy on several files - audiobooks etc
