Brand New iPhone 4S battery only 1392mAH.

i opened white iphone 4s , jailbroke it. installed "battery detective" , found out maximum capacity 1392mah. design capacity 1430mah , cycle count 0 !!!
feel quite disappointed apple production quality.

have same problem mine?
