Best Coffee Makers?

so next fall, i'm going living in 4 person apartment friends. want invest on nice , easy coffee machine. far, i've been looking @ keurigs, @ b70. own this, or keurig, , can tell me thoughts on it? or have preferences coffee maker. i'm looking 1 can make coffee such keurig, , can heat water if ever need tea or hot cocoa.
