as of yesterday (2/11/12), cannot download apps ipad directs me account info. credits card , address data munged - mixed mother's, lives 5000 miles away, , has never been on user account or ipad. however, using same apple user account, can still download free , paid apps iphone.
trying answer apple whether database issue them, or screwy ipad alone (i'm thinking has them, or why of mother's info appear in address fields?). afraid of fixing data on ipad until can sure not handing on credit card info hacker.
apple app billing tech support has been useless far, providing me stock , wholly irrelevant cut 'n' paste answer checking family members see if have made unauthorized purchases.
can give me advice to
(1) why account data munged (but not iphone data); ,
(2) whether safe update munged data on ipad.
