Safari - "You can't change your bookmarks right now because the are being synchro..."

hello, please

safari isn't letting me change layout of bookmarks in bookmark bar.

can manually move icon-links around. every 15 seconds or so, reset default arrangement. if happen holding down on 1 of icon-links while it's trying reset, cancels i'm doing, gives me message below, , resets same arrangement.

safari message reads:

can't change bookmarks now.
can't change bookmarks right because being synchronised. wait few minutes, , try again.


have restarted safari , os x.

have reset safari, , cleared out everything.

have no safari add-ons/extensions (except ad block).

had x-marks safari installed, plugin, gave me no problems before. incase uninstalled x-marks, , plugin, , restarted/reset everything.

using icloud 10.7.3

i have turned off bookmarks in icould , working fine now. icloud bug guess.

did ever resolved? same error , makes safari bookmarks totally useless. every 15 seconds "you can't change bookmarks now...". in of internet, phrase yields 0 search results.
