i'm not sure how describe this, or if covered elsewhere...but noticed when making or receiving phone calls (after jail breaking, , installing repos, etc.), once place phone ear , @ phone screen, phone call "re-springs" top notification bar is. usually, screen show talking to, option of ending call, etc. don't feature , want normal. there specific can fix this, or there known setting makes phone this?
