Knights of the Old Republic on my Mac

i see can buy star wars knights of old republic on app store, question can run on 2011 imac osx lion. keep hearing issues involving mac os extended (case sensitive) issues , i'm not sure means.

says on system requirements here http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/star-wars-knights-old-republic/id416608891?mt=12

"this game not supported on volumes formatted mac os extended(case sensitive)"

please help, wanna play it. lol

 

if never formatted internal hdd, , if, can play game.

"case-sensitive" refers formatting choice, not selected standard when formatting drive.
