Display for Macbook Air with built in webcam

aside 24" cinema display, there quality display (non apple) can purchase has inbuilt webcam - keep trying buy 24" apple off ebay , pipped post @ last second...not minute...the last second...very annoying. can help?

 

i think if memory serves me right, dell make couple have 1 @ work touch screen 24" , has built in webcam.
