Application folder on imac

i bought new imac- 21 inch, 500gig, , 4 memory. still new macs. on macbook pro on dock application folder. imac not have on dock. have been using folder open programs. how app folder on dock of imac. able share iphoto on network? on imac did not come macbook thanks.

 

you can find folder in finder , drag right side of dock. can right-click , customize appearance.
